Our staff has over 20 years experience in Design. From Buildings to land development we have assisted hundreds of clients through the process of conceptualizing to reality. Our team works with government agencies and individual property owners in a wide range of design projects.  Using AutoCAD and ArchGIS we create a set of plans or maps that allow our clients to develop their projects and accomplish their goals. 

Planning is an integral part of any successful project. H.I.S. provides assistance with this important step in the process. Our staff has experience in many types of planning, from wildfire prevention planning to restoration and resiliency planning. We use a variety of resources in our planning including TEK, RISK evaluation and client goal development.

Creating Plans, Maps and conceptual drawings has been our focus since H.I.S. began in 1998. We use data collection and software analysis to provide visual reports and representations of models for a wide range of projects. Drafting of these visuals go hand in hand with design and planning for successful projects.

 A geographic information system (GIS) is a system that creates, manages, analyzes, and maps all types of data. GIS connects data to a map, integrating location data (where things are) with all types of descriptive information (what things are like there). This provides a foundation for mapping and analysis that is used in science and almost every industry. GIS helps users understand patterns, relationships, and geographic context.
