Our team of certified fire fighters has collaborated with CAL Fire, USFS, ODF, and various government and private entities to deliver comprehensive fire suppression services, fire abatement, and fire control solutions.

Hybrid Incident Support crews are dedicated to providing professionalism and efficiency while accomplishing incident command's objectives. Our stringent safety protocols and emphasis on teamwork have earned our crews excellent ratings repeatedly.

H.I.S. also specializes in prescribed burns management, assisting local fire groups and government agencies in reducing hazardous fuels while promoting fire hardening and defensibility against destructive wildfires.

Prescribed burning involves thorough burn area preparation, during which burn objectives are clearly communicated, and abatement procedures are executed to ensure that each burn is carried out as safely and effectively as possible. These burn objectives determine the necessary amount and intensity of prep work, which may range from straightforward tasks like 'laying line' to more complex fuels reduction work in the under and middle stories.

During an active burn, our emergency support staff patrol the burn perimeter with a fire engine and/or utilize hand tools such as shovels, hoes, picks, and flappers to maintain control of the fire line. Our fire team is here to support you in successfully achieving your burn goals.
